Robert Irwin Wins Dancing with the Stars, 10 Years After Sister Bindi’s Victory

Robert Irwin, the Australian wildlife conservationist, has won Season 34 of Dancing with the Star. This victory comes exactly ten years after his older sister, Bindi Irwin, won the same show. Robert, 21, danced with professional partner Witney Carson and impressed both the judges and the audience with his performances.

The finale was held on November 25, 2025. Five couples competed in the last show: Robert and Witney, social media star Alix Earle with Val Chmerkovskiy, Olympic gymnast Jordan Chiles, actress Elaine Hendrix, and reality TV personality Dylan Efron. Each couple performed three dances: a Judges’ Choice, an Instant Challenge, and a Freestyle.

Robert and Witney received high scores from the judges, finishing just one point behind Alix Earle’s perfect score. However, when combined with viewers’ votes, Robert came out as the winner. This win gives him the Mirrorball trophy, following in his sister’s footsteps.

After winning, Robert said the achievement “means everything” to him. He also shared that winning the show has changed his life. Being the son of the late Steve Irwin, Robert dedicated his victory to his father. He said, “I wish he could see it. I really wish he could be here.”

Fans of the Irwin family celebrated the win. Many noted that it was special to see both Bindi and Robert achieve success on the same stage, ten years apart. Robert’s performances were praised for their energy, passion, and creativity.

This victory also shows Robert’s growth as a performer. From a young age, he had dreamed of dancing on this show. Now, he has achieved that dream and carried on his family’s legacy of inspiring people around the world.

With Robert’s win, the Irwin family now has two Dancing with the Stars champions. Fans are excited to see what he does next and how he continues to honor his father’s memory while sharing his own talents.
