Disney is bringing fans back to the busy animal city of Zootopia with “Zootopia 2,” but this time, the story focuses on the problems growing inside the partnership between Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde.
In the new movie, Judy and Nick are now full police officers working side by side. Even though they have solved big cases before, they start to disagree more often. Their different ways of thinking and working cause tension, and the pressure on their friendship begins to show. Their arguments grow so serious that the police department sends them to a special program that helps officer partners fix their communication and teamwork.
While they try to repair their relationship, a new case appears in the city. A reptile named Gary De’Snake arrives, and his presence brings fresh challenges. Judy and Nick must go undercover in new parts of Zootopia to understand what is really going on. Their mission becomes dangerous, and they are forced to rely on each other again, even when they do not fully agree. Through this, the film shows how trust and understanding are not easy, even for strong partners.
Actors Ginnifer Goodwin and Jason Bateman return as the voices of Judy and Nick. They are joined by Ke Huy Quan, who plays Gary.
